Delayed bags are rare with Ship&Play. However, we have a dedicated resolutions team that monitors any delayed shipment and takes appropriate action. If your shipment is delayed, you will be contacted by our team by phone, text, and email to discuss the delay and how it may be impacting your plans. For more details related to our shipment protection policy, please visit our article labeled "Shipment Protection Plan." Our Shipment Protection Policy does not cover damaged items as that is covered by your shipment's insurance.
