Shipping from a Rental Property

Almost time to head home? Before scheduling your pickup from a rental property, please review the recommendations below.

• We suggest selecting a pickup date at least one day before your departure to ensure someone is available should any questions or concerns arise during collection. If this isn’t possible, you can always drop off your shipment at a nearby carrier store. Just be sure to match the carrier on your shipping label to the drop off location you select.
• Consider selecting a 1 hour pickup window to better accommodate your travel plans. 
• Pickups can also be arranged from an on-site leasing or management office, if permitted by your rental property.
• If your travel plans change and you decide to extend your stay, please contact our Customer Support Team to reschedule your pickup or drop off date.
