Check your order details by visiting your online Ship & Play account or referring to the 'Order Confirmation' email you received after booking. If the dates reflected online are correct, no further action is required.
Additionally, the weight listed on the shipping label is NOT the maximum allowable weight for your item. This number is simply an average package weight for the type of item you are sending, as we are unable to predict the exact weights of each item. Below are the weight guidelines:
