Shipping Destinations & Carrier Information

With Ship&Play, you have the flexibility to ship your gear and luggage to a variety of destinations — including residences, hotels, resorts, and designated carrier stores.

If you choose to ship to a carrier store, please ensure that the store corresponds to the shipping carrier listed on your Ship&Play label. For example, if your label is issued for FedEx, your shipment must be sent to a FedEx location.

Delivery Timing & Requirements

Your shipment will be scheduled to arrive no later than the end of the business day on the delivery date you selected when booking. Deliveries do not require a signature, meaning your shipment may be left at the destination even if no one is available to receive it — at the driver’s discretion.

Note: Your shipment can arrive ahead of schedule.

Carrier Preferences

While your preferred carrier is automatically assigned at the time of booking, we understand that in certain areas, one carrier may be more convenient than another. If you’d like to use an alternative carrier (for example, UPS instead of FedEx or FedEx instead of DHL), please contact our team after you complete your booking. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request based on service availability in your area.
