At Ship & Play, we understand your shipment isn't just another bag. That's why we include a minimum of $250 of complimentary value protection on all item types. Need to insure for more? No problem. Our service allows you to select coverage options up to $4,000 for a nominal cost.
While damage and loss are extremely uncommon, Ship & Play hopes you'll find comfort in knowing your shipment is insured no matter what.
IMPORTANT: While it is not required, we do recommend that you lock your trunk, duffle bag, or roller suitcase when shipping domestically. International shipments may not be locked for customs screening purposes. Damage claims will be filed for repair unless damage is deemed otherwise.
